Principal's Message
King Edward School is a safe caring place which offers an arts enriched focus for students to explore, discover, learn and grow. Within our school community, we gain confidence in our abilities and are encouraged to develop the endless possibilities we all possess. We believe in: Developing a connected community of learners; Respecting and accepting each other; Enabling all individuals to succeed; Aspiring to higher levels of learning; Making choices which foster good citizenship; Sharing in the joys and challenges of learning and growing together.
Thanks to all the families who enrolled before the deadline to help our school get ready for 2023-24!
We’re happy to let you know that, based on available space, all students who registered or pre-enrolled for the 2023-2024 school year before April 14, 2023, have been accepted. We look forward to seeing your family in the fall!
For the 2023-2024 school year, King Edward School is now full in planned classes for Grade 5. We will now only accept students in Grades 5 who have newly moved into the school's attendance area for our regular program. A resident student of Edmonton Public Schools has at least one parent or legal guardian living in Edmonton who is not Roman Catholic. Non-resident students can enroll in another Division school with space in planned classes.
